unchanged.fyi is a small collection of tools, pages, and experiments built around one statement: something happened, but the outcome is unchanged.

These projects report what was observed. They do not attempt to improve results, only to describe them.

If this feels restrained, it is working as intended.

Report the state. Avoid theater.

The modern internet produces endless motion: spinners, dashboards, updates, fixes, and notifications. Much of it does not change outcomes.

unchanged.fyi documents that reality without apology. The outcome remains unchanged.

If nothing changed, saying so is accurate.
